摘要:
目的：观察芍药甘草汤治疗慢性肛裂的临床疗效。方法：将 84例患者随机分为2组，观察组42例，采用芍药甘草汤治疗；对照组42例，采用肛裂侧切术治疗。比较2组治疗前和治疗后2、4、6周时疼痛评分、肛门功能Wexner评分，及临床疗效和治疗费用。结果：2组疼痛及Wexner评分治疗后2、4、6周时比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；不同治疗方法与时间因素对上述指标的影响存在交互作用，即对照组疼痛及Wexner评分比观察组小(P＜0.05)。观察组总有效率61.9%；对照组总有效率97.6%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗总费用观察组为（470.317±88.913）元，对照组为（5140.577±471.775）元，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：芍药甘草汤能有效缓解肛裂症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of ShaoYao GanCao decoction in treating chronic anal fissure. Methods: All 84 patients were randomized into two groups, 42 cases of the observation group adopted ShaoYao GanCao decoction; 42 cases of the control group used sphincterotomy, hospitalization costs, clinical effects, Wexner scores of anal function, pain scores were compared before treating and at the second, forth and sixth weeks after treating. Results: The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of pain and Wexner scores at the second, forth and sixth weeks after treating between both groups (P＜0.05); different therapeutic methods and time factors showed the interactions on the above indexes, that is, the control group was smaller than the observation group in pain and Wexner scores (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 61.9%, lower than 97.6% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Hospitalization costs of the observation group was (470.317±88.913) Yuan, lower than (5140.577±471.775) of the control group, and the difference had been found in both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: ShaoYao GanCao decoction could relieve the symptoms of chronic anal fissure effectively.
