摘要:
目的探讨黄葵胶囊联合尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效及对微炎症状态的影响。 方法将135例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为黄葵胶囊治疗组（口服黄葵胶囊）、尿毒清颗粒（口服尿毒清颗粒）组和联合治疗组（口服黄葵胶囊加尿毒清颗粒），每组45例，连续治疗8个月。比较各组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及肾功能指标［血尿素氮（blood urea nitrogen，BUN）、血肌酐（serum creatinine，Scr）］、24 h尿蛋白定量、超敏C反应蛋白（high-sensitivity C-reactive protein，hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）水平。 结果联合治疗组总有效率［93.33%（42/45）］高于黄葵胶囊组［73.33%（33/45）］及尿毒清颗粒组［84.44%（38/45）］（P＜0.05）。治疗后，黄葵胶囊组与尿毒清颗粒组比较，血清Scr、BUN、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；24 h尿蛋白定量水平明显下降（P＜0.05）。治疗后，联合治疗组与其他两组比较，血清Scr、BUN、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平及24 h尿蛋白定量均明显下降（P＜0.05）。各组在研究中均未发生明显不良反应。 结论黄葵胶囊联合尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者，能明显改善慢性肾功能不全患者体内微炎症状态，可促进肾功能的恢复，提高患者生存质量，临床疗效好，安全性高。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss clinical effects of Niaoduqing granules and Huangkui capsules in the treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF) and its influence on microinflammatory state. MethodsAll 135 CRF patients were randomized into Huangkui capsules group, Niaoduqing granules group and the combined treatment group, with 45 cases in each group. To compare clinical effects, the indexes of renal function [BUN, Scr], 24h quantitative urinary protein, hs-CRP, the levels of TNF-α and adverse reaction between three groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the combined treatment group was [93.33%(42/45)], higher than [73.33%(33/45)] of Huangkui capsules group and [84.44%(38/45)] of Niaoduqing granules group (P<0.05). After treatment, the difference had no statistical meaning in the levels of Scr, BUN, hs-CRP and TNF-α between Huangkui capsules group and Niaoduqing granules group (P>0.05); the levels of 24h quantitative urinary protein lowered notably (P<0.05). After treatment, when the combined treatment group was compared with the other groups, the levels of Scr, BUN, hs-CRP, TNF-α and 24h quantitative urinary protein were significantly decreased (P<0.05). No adverse reaction occurred in three groups in the process of the study. ConclusionHuangkui capsules in combination with Niao-duqing granules in treating CRF patients could notably improve microinflammatory state in the patients with chronic renal insufficiency, promote the recovery of renal function, improve the quality of life with high clinical effects and safety.
