摘要:
目的探讨中医护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者生活质量及睡眠质量的影响。 方法选取慢性肾功能衰竭患者86例，按照随机数字表法均分成两组，各43例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施中医护理干预，比较两组干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（Pittsburgh sleep quality index，PSQI）与健康调查简表（the MOS item short from health survey，SF-36）评分。 结果两组干预前PSQI及SF-36评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预后两组PSQI评分均明显低于同组干预前，SF-36评分均明显高于同组干预前（P＜0.05），且观察组改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论中医护理干预可有效改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者睡眠质量与生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of TCM nursing intervention on quality of life and sleep quality in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). MethodsAll 86 CRF patients were chosen, and divided into two groups according to random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional care, and the observation group TCM nursing intervention based on conventional care, to compare PQSI and SF-36 scores before and after the intervention between both groups. ResultsThe difference had no statistical meaning in PQSI and SF-36 scores before the intervention between both groups (P>0.05). PQSI scores of both groups after the intervention were lower than these before the intervention noticeably within the same group, SF-36 scores were higher than these before the intervention remarkably within the same group (P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group in the improvements (P<0.05). ConclusionTCM nursing intervention could effectively improve quality of life and sleep quality in CRF patients.
