摘要:
目的：探讨对瘙痒型慢性肾脏疾病中药皮肤透析患者行护理干预的效果。方法：将皮肤瘙痒型慢性肾脏疾病40例住院患者随机分为2组，均常规给予护肾排毒(肾衰宁、壮肾排毒、壮肾固精方)综合治疗。对照组行常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予中医辨证护理干预，比较2组治疗效果。结果：观察组在改善皮肤瘙痒症状方面明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对慢性肾脏疾病伴皮肤瘙痒症中药皮肤透析患者行护理干预效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of nursing intervention for patients with pruritic chronic kidney disease undergoing herbal skin dialysis. Method: Forty hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups and received comprehensive treatment to protect the kidney and expel the toxin. Control group were administered with routine nursing and observation group were also given with TCM nursing intervention of syndrome differentiation based on routine nursing. Therapeutic effects of both groups were compared. Result: Observation group was superior to control group in improving pruritic symptom notably (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention can gain remarkable effects in treating patients with chronic kidney diseases complicated with pruritus undergoing herbal skin dialysis.
