摘要:
目的：评价加味薏苡附子败酱散治疗寒湿血瘀型慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将72例寒湿血瘀型慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组口服阿奇霉素治疗，治疗组用薏苡附子败酱散加味治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率94.74%，治愈率28.95%，均高于对照组(有效率91.18%，治愈率8.82%)。2组患者治疗后卵磷脂小体(EPS)中白细胞数均降低，尿流率升高，治疗前后组内比较均有统计学意义(P＜0.05）。治疗组中医证候总评分及各项评分组内治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P＜0.01）。对照组排尿障碍评分组内治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P＜0.01），而疼痛症状评分及中医证候总评分组内治疗前后比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05）。2组间中医证候总评分、排尿障碍评分、疼痛症状评分、NIH—CPSI总评分治疗后比较，有统计学意义(P＜0.05）。治疗组NIH-CPSI评分及各项评分组内治疗前后比较，均有统计学意义(P＜0.01）；对照组生活质量评分及NIH-CPSI总评分组内治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P＜0.01）。结论：薏苡附子败酱散加味对寒湿血瘀型慢性前列腺炎有较好抗炎、消肿止痛、解除排尿障碍的功效，效果优于单纯西医治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate curative effects of modified YiYi FuZi BaiJiangSan in treating chronic prostatitis of cold-dampness blood stasis pattern. Method: All 72 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group. Control group took azithromycin and treatment group received modified YiYi FuZi BaiJiangSan.Result: Total effective rate of treatment group was 94.74%, cure rate was 28.95%, obviously higher than 91.18% and 8.82% of control group. After treating, white blood cell count reduced and urinary flow rate rose in EPS and comparison between before and after treating in the same group showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Comparisons in treatment group showed statistical meaning in TCM symptom scale and scores of other items (P＜0.01).Comparisons within control group demonstrated statistical meaning in scale of urination disorder between before and after treating (P＜0.01), while comparisons had no statistical meaning in score of pain and TCM symptom (P>0.05).Comparisons between both groups after treating had statistical meaning in TCM symptom scale, score of urination disorder ，pain scale and NIH-CPSI scale (P＜0.05). Comparisons in NIH-CPSI scale and scores of other items in treatment group had statistical meaning between before and after treating (P＜0.01); comparisons within control group showed statistical meanings in score of life quality and total scale of NIH-CPSI (P＜0.01). Conclusion:Modified YiYi FuZi BaiJiangSancan fight against the inflammation, disperse the swelling to relieve pain and alleviate urination disorder in treating chronic prostatitis, it was superior to western medicine.
