摘要:
目的：观察氨溴索雾化吸入联合祛痰救肺汤治疗慢性支气管炎（CB）的临床疗效。方法：将116例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各58例。2组均给予雾化吸入治疗，观察组同时给予中药祛痰救肺汤，1剂/d。2组均以治疗1周为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后评价疗效。观察2组患者咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、痰鸣音、哮鸣音等临床症状、体征消失时间。结果：临床控制率观察组为58.62%，对照组为34.48%，观察组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；总有效率观察组为96.55%，对照组为75.86%，观察组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、痰鸣音、哮鸣音等症状、体征消失时间观察组明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：氨溴索雾化吸入联合祛痰救肺汤治疗CB临床疗效显著，可迅速减轻临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify clinical effects of ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation and QuTan JiuFeiTang in treating chronic bronchitis (CB). Method: All 116 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both group received atomization inhalation, the observation group took QuTan JiuFeiTang, one dose per day. One week was one course of treatment, clinical effects were observed after treating for two courses of treatment. Clinical symptoms of cough, expectoration, asthma, wheezing rale and disappearing time of body signs were observed. Result: Clinical control rate of the observation group was 58.62%, higher than 34.48% of the control group significantly (P＜0.05); total effective rate of the observation group was 96.55%, higher than 75.86% of the control group remarkably (P＜0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in disappearing time of body signs and clinical symptoms including cough, expectoration, asthma and wheezing rale (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation and QuTan JiuFeiTang are effective in treating chronic bronchitis and could rapidly alleviat clinical symptoms.
