摘要:
目的：观察桂枝汤加减治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将慢性荨麻疹患者84例随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例，治疗组采用桂枝汤加减方治疗，1剂/d，每剂水煎2次，取汁300 mL，分早晚2次温服，连续治疗28天；对照组采用马来酸氯苯那敏片、西替利嗪片及雷尼替丁胶囊联合治疗：马来酸氯苯那敏片，4 mg/次，每晚1次;西替利嗪片，10 mg/次，1次/d; 雷尼替丁胶囊，150 mg/次，2次/d，连续治疗28天。采用症状和体征总积分法评估疗效。结果：治疗组治疗后第28天的痊愈率和总有效率分别为64.29%和88.10%；对照组痊愈率和总有效率分别为55.26%和73.68%；2组疗效差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.5253，P=0.0334)。治疗组2例患者出现轻度恶心，对照组有26例患者出现嗜睡，2组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2= -48.6585，P＜0.0001)。结论：桂枝汤加减治疗慢性荨麻疹安全有效。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects and the safety of modified GuiZhi Tang in treating chronic urticaria. Methods: All 84 patients were divided to the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group took modified GuiZhi Tang, one dose per day, one dose could be decocted twice and 300 mL could be obtained, taking it in the morning and evening, for 28 consecutive days; the control group were administered with chlorpheniramine maleate tablets, 4 mg each time, in the evening; cetirizine tablets 10mg each time, once per day; and ranitidine capsules, 150mg each time, twice per day, for 28 consecutive days. Clinical effects were assessed by total scales of symptom and body signs. Results: Cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 64.29% and 88.10% after treating for 28 days; higher than 55.26% and 73.68% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning( χ2=4.5253, P=0.0334). There were two cases in the treatment group with poor appetite, 26 cases in the control group with drowsiness, the difference had statistical meaning in the incidence of adverse reaction ( χ2= -48.6585, P＜0.0001). Conclusion: Modified GuiZhi Tang is safe and effective in treating chronic urticaria.
