摘要:
总结张志明教授辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎（chronic atrophic gastritis，CAG）的经验，张志明教授认为脾胃升降失序为CAG的核心病机，并提出以调枢思想为指导，以辛开苦降、理气活血为治则，辨证选用陷胸和胃汤、温脾汤等方加减治疗可获效验。
Abstract:
Professor Zhang Zhiming’s experience in differentiating and treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is summarized in the paper, professor Zhang thinks that the dysfunction of spleen and stomach is the core pathogenesis of CAG, and adopts the herbs of pungent-warm medicine and bitter-cold medicines to regulate Qi movement and five viscera, regulating Qi and blood activating method as therapeutic principles, gaining satisfactory effects when choosing the prescriptions including Xianxiong Hewei Tang, Wenpi Tang (warming spleen decoction).
