摘要:
目的：观察矩阵针法联合针刺三阴穴治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组，对照组口服舍尼通片，1片/次，2次/d，4周为1个疗程，连续服用30天后评估治疗结果。观察组采用矩阵针法联合针刺三阴穴治疗，10天1个疗程，1个疗程后休息2天，接续下1个疗程，连续3个疗程后统计疗效。结果：NIH-CPSI症状评分、前列腺液白细胞计数和卵磷脂小体计数改善情况及临床疗效观察组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：矩阵针法联合针刺三阴穴治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss therapeutic effects of matrix needling and SanYin acupoint acupuncture in the treatment for chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Method: All 60 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group. The control group oral Prostat tablets, one pill each time, twice per day, four weeks were one course of treatment, clinical efficacy was assessed after taking for 30 consecutive days. The observation group received matrix needling and SanYin acupoints acupuncture for three consecutive courses of treatment, ten days were one course of treatment, the interval was two days, and clinical efficacy was evaluated after three courses of treatment. Result: The observation group was superior to the control group in the improvement of NIH-CPSI symptom scales, white blood cell count in prostate gland fluid, muscle inhibitors count and clinical effects (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Matrix needling combined with SanYin acupoints acupuncture could gain notable effects in treating chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.
