摘要:
目的:探讨高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)同时测定康痔栓中黄芩苷和蒙花苷两种有效成分的方法。方法:使用Zorbax Rx-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm×5 μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.3%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流动相流速为1 mL/min,检测波长分别为280 nm和334 nm。结果:康痔栓中黄芩苷和蒙花苷两种有效成分的峰面积与其进样量有较好的线性关系,相关系数均超过0.999 5,仪器精密度标准差不超过2%,平均回收率均大于96%。结论:采用HPLC同时测定康痔栓中黄芩苷和蒙花苷两种有效成分,快速、便捷、回收率高,是测定康痔栓中两种标志性有效成分的有效方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the method of detecting baicalin and linarin of Kangzhi suppository by HPLC simultaneously. Methods: Zorbax Rx - C18(4.6 mm×250 mm×5 μm) chromatographic column was used in the study, methanol - 0.3% phosphoric acid aqueous solution as mobile phase, gradient elution, the flow rate 1mL/min, detection wavelength were 280nm and 334nm. Results: Peak area of two active ingredients baicalin and linarin of Kangzhi suppository show better linear relationship with their sample size, and the correlation coefficients are more than 0.999 5, the precision standard derivation of the instrument is not more than 2%, average recovery rate was greater than 96%. Conclusion: Detecting two active ingredients baicalin and linarin of Kangzhi suppository by HPLC simultaneously, which is rapid, convenient with high recovery, is the effective method of detecting two active ingredients in Kangzhi suppository.
