摘要:
目的基于“中医传承辅助系统”软件，对近十年中医药治疗慢性腹泻组方用药规律进行分析，为临床用药及研发新药提供思路。 方法分别检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库中关于中医药治疗慢性腹泻的文献，运用中医传承辅助平台分析中医药治疗慢性腹泻组方用药规律。 结果对中医药治疗慢性腹泻的临床文献进行整理，共检索出文章1530篇，其中符合纳入标准的文献共76篇，涉及中药处方126张，涉及177味中药，使用频次≥20次的药物有28味，排在前10位的药物分别为白术、茯苓、甘草、陈皮、白芍、党参、木香、黄连、防风、山药，以益气健脾药为主。性味归经以辛苦甘温，归脾经药物为主，关联规则分析结果显示茯苓-白术为常用药对，通过层次聚类分析得到核心组合14个，进一步演化得到新方组合7个，而慢性胃肠炎和肠易激综合征是最主要的病因。 结论中医药治疗慢性腹泻，以“健脾化湿、温肾涩肠、清热燥湿”为主要治法。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the thinking for clinical medication, the research and development of new drugs by analyzing the medication rules of the prescriptions for chronic diarrhea in the recent ten years via traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS). MethodsThe literature on TCM therapy for chronic diarrhea was searched from CNKI, Wanfang and VIP respectively, and the medication rules of TCM therapy for the disease were analyzed using TCMISS. ResultsThrough sorting out clinical literature about TCM therapy for chronic diarrhea, 1530 papers were searched, among them, 76 met the included standard, 126 herbal prescriptions, involving 177 herbs, 28 herbs were used greater than 20 times, and the top ten drugs were Baizhu (Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma), Chenpi (Citri reticulatae pericarpium), Baishao (Paeoniae radix alba), Dangshen (Codonopsis radix), Muxiang (Aucklandiae radix), Huanglian (Coptidis rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae radix) and Chinese yam, mainly belonging to the herbs of benefiting Qi and invigorating spleen, which were pungent and warm in nature, bitter and sweet in taste, entering the meridians of spleen, the results of association rules displayed that Fuling-baizhu were commonly used, 14 core combinations were obtained by hierarchical cluster analysis and seven new combinations were got by further evolution, while chronic gastroenteritis and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) were the main reasons. ConclusionTCM therapy for the disease mainly adopts "invigorating spleen and resolving dampness, warming kidney and constricting intestine, clearing heat and drying dampness" as the main methods.
