摘要:
目的：观察自拟前列通瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将96例慢性前列腺炎患者按意愿进行分组，将服用自拟前列通瘀汤的53例患者设为中药组，服用西药的43例患者设为西药组，治疗2个月后，采用NIH-CPSI症状评分对2组疗效进行评价。结果：中药组痊愈27例，显效13例，有效7例，无效6例，总有效率88.68%；西药组痊愈13例，显效10例，有效11例，无效9例，总有效率79.07%，2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：自拟前列通瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎标本兼治，对缓解患者临床症状，提高疗效具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify clinical effects of self-made QianLie TongYuTang for chronic prostatitis. Method: All 96 patients were divided to 53 cases of TCM groups who were given with self-made QianLie TongYu decoction, and 43 cases of western medicine group by wills. Therapeutic effects of both groups were assessed by NIH-CPSI symptom scale. Result: There were 27 cases cured, 13 cases markedly effective, seven cases effective and six cases ineffective, total effective rate 88.68% in TCM group; there were 13 cases cured, ten cases markedly effective, 11 cases effective and nine cases ineffective, total effective rate 79.07% in western medicine group, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Self-made QianLie TongYuTang in the treatment for chronic prostatitis could alleviate clinical symptoms of the patients and demonstrates important meaning to improve clinical effects.
