摘要:
目的：探讨在西药治疗基础上加用生脉注射液对慢性心衰患者心功能以及心率变异性的影响。方法：将 60 例慢性心衰患者，随机分为西药治疗组(A 组，n=30)以及生脉注射液治疗组(B 组，n=30)，治疗前后应用超声心动图检测患者心输出量(CO)、心搏出量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)和左室射血分数(LVEF)，应用 24 小时动态心电图(Holter)检测心率变异性(HRV)。用药治疗 2 周，观察治疗前后的指标变化。结果：治疗 2 周后 2 组 患者 CO、SV、CI、LVEF 及 HRV 均较治疗前升高(P＜0.05),且 B 组改善程度较 A 组显著(P＜0.05)。结论：生脉注射液能够改善慢性心衰患者心功能和心率变异性。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of ShengMai injection on heart function and heart rate variability (HRV) of patients with chronic heart failure on the foundation of western medicine. Method: Sixty patients were randomized into the group of western medicine (Group A) and the group of ShengMai injection (Group B) equally. Cardiac output (CO), stroke volume (SV), cardiac index (CI) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of patients were detected with ultrasonic cardiogram before and after treating, HRV was measured with 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG). Changes of indexes were observed before and after treating after medication for two weeks.Result: After treating for two weeks, CO, SV, CI, LVEF and HRV were higher than before treating in both groups (P＜0.05), and the improvements of group B were more significant than group A (P＜0.05). Conclusion: ShengMai injection could improve heart function and HRV of patients with chronic heart failure.
