摘要:
目的：观察中药汤剂联合阿立哌唑治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法：将117例患者随机分为观察组59例和对照组58例，对照组给予阿立哌唑片，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用中药汤剂，2组均连续治疗12周。比较2组治疗前及治疗6周、12周末时精神分裂症阴性和阳性综合征量表（PANSS)评分、生活质量的变化情况及临床疗效。结果：总有效率观察组为91.53%，对照组为81.03%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。PANSS总分及阳性、阴性、精神病理评分2组治疗前后组内比较，差异均有统计学意义 (P＜0.05)；治疗后相同时间点2组比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。精神分裂症患者生活质量量表（SQLS)总分及心理社会、精力/动机、症状/副反应的评分2组治疗前后组内比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后相同时间点2组比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中药汤剂联合阿立哌唑治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床疗效显著，可显著改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of herbal decoction combined with aripiprazole in treating chronic schizophrenia. Methods: All 117 patients were randomly allocated to 59 cases of the observation group and 58 cases of the control group, the control group were given aripiprazole, while the observation group took herbal decoction besides aripiprazole, both groups were treated for 12 weeks consecutively. Clinical effects, the changes of quality of life and the scales of PANSS of both groups were compared before treating, in six and twelve weeks after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.53%, higher than 81.03% of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in the comparisons of total scales of PANSS, the scales of positive, negative and psychopathology between both groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating at the same time point (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of total scales of SQLS, the scales of psychology/social, energy/motive, symptoms/adverse reaction before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating at the same time point(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Herbal decoction combined with aripiprazole could obtain notable effects in treating chronic schizophrenia, which could significantly improve quality of life of the patients.
