摘要:
系统阐述麻春杰教授在临床中辨瘀的要点，包括宏观症状与微观胃镜、病理表现，并分析瘀与虚、寒、热、痰、毒等病理因素相合致病的复杂病机。他认为血瘀是慢性萎缩性胃炎和胃癌前病变发生与恶性进展的关键病机，贯穿疾病始终。在治疗时强调以化瘀为核心，分和血与行血两法，并注重结合扶正与祛邪，灵活配伍益气、温阳、养阴、清热、散寒、化痰、解毒等药物，同时提倡采用中西药联合方案以提高疗效。
Abstract:
The paper systematically expounds professor Ma Chunjie’s key points of differentiating the stasis in clinic, including macroscopic symptoms and microscopic gastroscopy, as well as pathological findings, and analyzes the stasis interacting with deficiency, cold, heat, phlegm and toxin in the complex pathogenesis. Professor Ma Chunjie thinks that blood stasis is the key pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions of gastric cancer occurrence and malignant progression throughout the entire course of the disease. The treatment strategy must emphasize resolving blood stasis as the core principle, encompassing harmonizing blood, and promoting blood flow, stressing the combination with enhancing healthy Qi and eliminating evils, flexibly adding the drugs for benefiting Qi, warming Yang, nourishing Yin, clearing heat, dispelling cold, resolving phlegm and toxicity-clearing, meanwhile, the adoption of an integrated Chinese-Western medicine regimen is advocated to enhance therapeutic effects.
