摘要:
目的:建立同时测定咽炎片中黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(47∶53),检测波长278 nm,柱温30 ℃,流速1.0 mL/min。结果:黄芩苷在0.51~20.40 μg/mL范围内,丹皮酚在0.248~9.90 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.2%,99.8%,含量测定结果表明,不同生产企业黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量差异较大。结论:经方法学验证,该法可用于咽炎片中黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量的快速测定。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish a HPLC method of determining baicalin and paeonol in pharyngitis tablets simultaneously. Methods: C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(47:53), the detection wavelength was 278 nm, the column temperature was 30℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results: Baicalin in the range between 0.51 and 20.40 μg/mL and paeonol in the range between 0.248 and 9.90 μg/mL presented good linear relationship. Average recovery rates (n=9) were 99.2% and 99.8% respectively, the results of content determination showed that greater differences existed in the contents of baicalin and paeonol from different manufacturing enterprises. Conclusion: Tested by the methodolgy, the method could be used for rapid determination of the contents of baicalin and paeonol in pharyngitis tablets.
