摘要:
目的:观察慢肺饮氧动雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)的临床疗效。方法：将272例患者随机分为治疗组137例、对照组135例。2组患者入院后均给予低流量吸氧、抗感染、祛痰、解除支气管痉挛等对症治疗。观察组加用慢肺饮氧动雾化吸入，每日2次，每次15分钟。2组均以7天为1个疗程，治疗4个疗程后观察疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为91.97%，对照组为92.59%。2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。2组治疗后肺功能均明显改善（P＜0.05），治疗组改善更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：慢肺饮氧动雾化吸入治疗慢阻肺临床疗效满意，可较好改善肺功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of ManFei drink oxygen atomizing inhalation in the treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Method: All 272 patients were randomized into 137 cases in the treatment group and 135 cases in the control group. Both groups received corresponding treatment of low flow oxygen uptake, anti-inflammation, removing phlegm, relieving bronchial spasm after hospitalization. The observation group accepted ManFei drink oxygen atomizing inhalation, twice per day, 15 minutes each time. Seven days were one course of treatment, clinical effects were observed after four courses of treatment. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.97%, higher than 92.59% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05). Lung functions of both groups were improved significantly after treating (P＜0.05), the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Oxygen atomizing inhalation of ManFei drink could obtain satisfactory effects in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and improve lung function better.
