摘要:
目的：观察苏黄止咳胶囊联合噻托溴铵吸入剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能以及血清降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法：将93例患者按就诊顺序随机分为对照组47例、观察组46例。对照组采用噻托溴铵吸入剂1粒/次，1次/d治疗，观察组在此基础上同时给予苏黄止咳胶囊3粒/次，3次/d治疗，比较2组临床治疗效果。结果：总有效率观察组为91.30%，对照组为74.47%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；肺功能及降钙素原(PCT)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。住院时间观察组短于对照组；病死率观察组为2.17%，对照组为8.51%。住院时间及病死率2组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：苏黄止咳胶囊联合噻托溴铵吸入剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病，临床疗效明显优于单纯采用噻托溴铵吸入剂治疗，可有效改善患者的肺功能，降低血清PCT、hs-CRP水平。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe the effects of SuHuang cough-stopping capsules and tiotropium bromide on the levels of lung function, procalcitonin (PCT) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods: All 93 patients were randomized into the control group (47 cases) and the observation group(46 cases) according to the visiting order. The control group used tiotropium bromide inhalation, one pill each time, once each day, and the observation group SuHuang cough-stopping capsules simultaneously, three pills each time, three times each day, clinical effects of both groups were compared. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.30%, higher than 74.47% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of lung function, PCT, hs-CRP within two groups before and after treating(P＜0.05); the difference demonstrated statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in hospitalization time; the fatality rate of the observation group was 2.17%, lower than 8.51% of the control group, and there was a significant difference in the comparisons of hospitalization time and the fatality rate between both groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: SuHuang cough-stopping capsules and tiotropium bromide in the treatment for COPD could effectively improve lung function, lower the levels of PCR and hs-CRP of the patients, and the effects are superior to these of single tiotropium bromide inhalation obviously.
