摘要:
目的研究四子温肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰湿蕴肺证患者高迁移率族蛋白B1（high mobility group protein B1，HMGB1）、克拉拉细胞蛋白16（Clara cell protein-16，CC16）表达的影响。 方法选择60例慢阻肺急性加重期痰湿蕴肺证患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组予常规西医治疗，观察组在西医常规治疗基础上予以四子温肺汤内服，治疗周期为10天。比较两组治疗前后中医证候学积分、血清HMGB1、CC16的变化及临床疗效和不良反应。 结果观察组总有效率［93.33%（28/30）］高于对照组［80.00%（24/30）］（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组中医证候积分均较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05），且观察组较对照组明显下降（P＜0.05）。血清HMGB1及CC16水平治疗后两组均较治疗前改善（P＜0.05），且观察组较对照组明显改善（P＜0.05）。两组均未发生明显不良反应。 结论四子温肺汤从温辨治，联合西医常规治疗，可以减轻患者气道炎症反应，改善慢性气道黏液高分泌状态，缓解临床症状。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the impacts of Sizi Wenfei decoction on the expression of HMGB1 and CC16 in acute exacerbation COPD patients of phlegm-dampness accumulation in the lung pattern. MethodsSixty patients were selected and randomized into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional therapy of Western medicine, and the observation group took Sizi Wenfei decoction on the foundation of conventional therapy of Western medicine, therapeutic cycle was ten days. To compare TCM syndrome integrals, the changes of serum HMGB1 and CC16, curative effects and adverse reaction between both groups before and after the treatment. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was [93.33%(28/30)], higher than [80.00%(24/30)] of the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, TCM syndrome integrals of both groups lowered than before the treatment clearly (P<0.05), and the decrease of the observation group was more noticeable than that of the control group (P<0.05). the improvements of serum HMGB1 and CC16 after the treatment of both groups were more remarkable than before the treatment (P<0.05), and the improve-ments of the observation group were more evident than these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionSizi Wenfei decoction and conventional Western medicine could relieve airway inflammation, improve chronic airway mucus hypersecretion state and alleviate clinical symptoms.
